South Bank (A Rural Bank), Inc. is the latest participant in the PCHC's nationwide Check Image Clearing System (CICS).

Based on the survey results, with a response rate of 87% from CICS participants, we have decided to extend the moratorium (on non-acceptance) for another six months. The final implementation will now be July 1, 2025 instead of January 1, 2025.

PPS-PEPP Financial Services Corp (Palawan Pay) with BIC: PPSFPHM2XXX is the latest participant in the Phil. EFT System Operation Network (PESONet) starting December 26, 2024.

We are pleased to announce the participation of New Rural Bank of San Leonardo (NE), Inc. in the PCHC's nationwide Check Image Clearing System (CICS).

There are 3 types of Clearing Participants in the PCHC Check Image Clearing System or CICS, these are:
Shareholder Members - Commercial Banks
Associate Members - Non-commercial Banks
Clearing Subscribers - Thrift, Cooperative and Rural Banks

In a letter dated May 25, 2023, HSBC SAVINGS BANK (PHILIPPINES), INC. informed of its voluntary withdrawal from CICS participation effective June 1, 2023.
